Onboarding: permissions & adding items

Why Minvy asks for photo permissions and how to add your first items.


Minvy may request permissions so you can capture photos, scan tags, and attach documents.


Common permissions

• Camera: scan QR codes, capture item photos, scan receipts.

• Photos: import photos or documents into items.

• NFC (if supported): read/write Minvy NFC tags.


Notes

• Permissions are optional, but some features won’t work without them.

• You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings → Minvy.
