Categories group items (e.g., Kitchen, Garage) and can be customized to match your home.

Categories are how Minvy organizes items—usually by room (Kitchen) or collection (Jewelry).


Tips for clean organization

• Keep category names short

• Prefer singular names (e.g., “Garage”, not “Garages”)

• Use collections for non-location grouping (Media, Instruments)


You can always rename categories later without losing items.
